"À la Carte" Consultations
A one-time, multidisciplinary health check-up to get a full picture of your health and personalized guidance to improve it.
Ideal for:
- Early detection of silent health risks (diabetes, hypertension, cancer, heart disease)
- Reviewing your medications and exploring a withdrawal plan, if appropriate
Gaining insights into your genetic risk factors or lifestyle concerns.
What's Included:

- Medical file setup and digital entry

- 5 visits for chronic care or new concerns (with labs as needed)
Couple's Plan
Two individual plans — with 10% off the lower-priced package.
Youth Plan (Ages 16-25)
Tailored care for healthy youth or young adults managing chronic conditions.

- Prescription renewals and completion of medical forms
- Completion of forms;
