We Offer Two Ways to Access Our Family Medicine Services
- Assigned Family Doctor - Long-Term Follow-Up
Each patient is paired with a family doctor (when available) to build a personalized care plan based on their health needs, lifestyle, and goals.
- Access for Urgent Needs
Can't see your regular doctor? Our walk-in clinic, with extended hours, guarantees that you'll be seen quickly by another doctor on our team who has access to your complete file.
Your Medical Journey With Us
1. Initial Health Evaluation
Your first appointment focuses on understanding your overall health through a detailed medical history, lifestyle assessment, and physical exam.
2. Assignment to a Family Doctor
Whenever possible, you are assigned a dedicated physician to ensure continuity and familiarity.
3. Coordinated Follow-Up & Referrals
Your family doctor can refer you to on-site specialists, imaging, or allied professionals. All services share the same medical file, enabling real-time collaboration.
4. Walk-InSupport 7 Days a Week
Urgent health concerns? Our urgent care clinic is open evenings and weekends — so you’re always supported.
