We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Agent to join our call center team at our medical aesthetics clinic. This is a full-time position that requires complete fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming and outgoing client calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule appointments for medical-aesthetic treatments based on availability.
- Provide detailed information about our services and products.
- Ensure effective follow-up on client inquiries and complaints.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical or aesthetics field. medical or aesthetic.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of appointment management software and customer databases.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
