À la Carte Consultations
A one-time, multidisciplinary health check-up to get a full picture of your health and personalized guidance to improve it.

3. Couple Package
Two individual packages combined with 10 % discount on the lower priced package.
4. Youth Package (16 to 25 years)

Includes 10 visits per year:
