At Medispa Physimed, each melasma treatment session is tailored to your skin type, pigmentation depth, and individual response by our certified physicians.
Procedure
- Clinical examination and skin preparation
- RF microneedling to target the deep dermis, fractional $CO_2$ laser to renew the epidermis, or a combination of both technologies.
- Temporary side effects are completely normal. For radiofrequency, mild redness and a warm sensation last 24 to 72 hours. For the CO₂ laser, redness, swelling, and tiny micro-crusts are expected for several days.
- Strict application of sun protection and skin barrier repair treatments following personalized post-treatment instructions.
